Two Workouts in One

You can speed up fat loss and muscle developing twice as hard. Or you can train twice a day and achieve similar results.

I remember when I was playing football in high school. I dreaded the start of the season as every season has started with two in the light. What are the two to light?

Two-a-days are when you practice twice a day. And if 85 + degrees and is in full gear ... well ... that sucks!

But do not worry. For our purposes, weWorrying about running a football or heat. We just have the urge to practice twice a day.

Here are some important advantages are thinking:

* Burn twice as thick

* Your basic metabolism in high gear explosion

* It will significantly increase your strength

* You will be free from stress more often

* You will sleep like a baby

Here's how you start the program for two-a-day:

1. Exercising in the morning (AM) for 15 minutes

2. Workoutagain in the afternoon or evening (PM) for 7-8 minutes

3. Keep the training light and the light clock PM Training

4. As you get used to this program will increase the intensity of training in AM, while the clock Light Training

5. Finally, increase the intensity in training at the training pitch PM

Note: I use 15-minute workouts in this example, because what I teach. If you change more training, only the above procedure according to the schedule.

Now the trickExercise twice a day is to get enough rest and nutrients. If you get enough rest and nutrients for the body to heal itself, you can not have a problem, to take two days.

Just be careful not to overdo it.

If you do, your body is in the so-called "over-training" and you will actually tear the muscle to go, not to build.

Some signs of over-training are:

* Lethargy (too tired)

* Drainage constant

* Diarrhea

* Reduced staminaStrength and endurance

* Increased irritability

* Inability to concentrate

If you start cutting back in all this a learning experience, we see a day and see if the symptoms disappear. If they do not disappear, and then seek medical care ... There is something wrong.

If the symptoms disappear after a day or two, now you know how hard you can push. Feel free not to go back to two a day ... just know your limits, to listen to your body and learn from the past.
