Still procrastinating to join the gym? You do not have money? Why not consider running?
I turned 43, and for consecutive years. Courses run at school, but then stopped after graduation. When I wanted to get in shape again, I started the stationery bike and stepper.
After finding them very boring, I've decided to buy a pair of running shoes, the points on them and enjoy a breath of fresh air. I started on a track and counted my laps. Some of my most memorable runs were: walk on the cruise ship in Bermuda, seeing the commuters on their scooters, with brightly painted houses in the background, running through the cobbled streets with the old, quaint houses in Canada, running in Atlanta during the Olympics and Running in California on Thanksgiving Day with only a shirt and shorts.
When running, you can always find new ways to promenade, beach, road, rail park, o. My running and most useful gifts are my favorite I-Pod and my pedometer. There is nothing like the feeling of accomplishment after clocking the distance on a> pedometer and running further because of the songs I've heard of inspiration. Sometimes it's better without the attachments. You feel lighter and there is more peace in your mind.
The race is a gift. Running is a mental attitude. The next time you practice, open your mind and open the gift.
