How I lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks!

I'm glad you say that I lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks and with little effort.

The life of a working mom

I worked hard to get where I am today. training gave me a very very good living in my chosen career field. I am a Director of Human Resources and I am sitting at my desk all day. Like most of us who have a desk job, it is very easy "saddlebags" or fatty deposits accumulate just below the buttocks from sitting for long. Through two pregnancies,I just had a nice rubber parts, where once my life was collected. Now with my two children working a dream job working long hours, (add in the stress of a man and a mortgage), I won the whole body of a mid-30's mother, frantic with a well-paid job stressful and a life that was rather chaotic and out of control.

For an event of corporate welfare, my health insurance company carrier to launch a program titled "walk 25 miles in 30 days." For me it was hard not toParticipation in the light of my position in the company. I decided if I did, I also try a "tea" weight loss "in connection with this program on foot.

A challenge!

I started the challenge, "walk 25 miles in 30 days" charting a plan to walk at least a mile a day. What I discovered is that I really enjoyed walking! Although the desert might not be for everyone, I really liked in my neighborhood walk and look at homes within a mile or twomy house. I was going to find that other ideas had converted to homeowners in terms of outdoor decorative techniques and began to observe how well all but maintained landscaping.

Before I realized it was the walk seemed longer and longer to achieve. I decided to track my path with a drive and setting the mileage tracker so that I can see how far she could go. Instead of walking 1 mile a day, I went for 3-4 milesTag! When I finally got a high-tech pedometer that I discovered that walking one mile a day I was really only 15 minutes! Therefore, it was a nice walk along an hour or more, which makes it very easy for me to go 4 + miles a day.

The spring in my step came from a tea that I started drinking at the start of walking. I really liked the tea, because it tasted a lot and I felt as if I were to strengthen the energy I needed for my foot out the door. I also noticednow that tea suppressed my appetite and I was a little bit 'less to eat. I had always been an over eater, so it was for me a lot less food to feel full, but still have the energy for the things that I did not exciting. I have a love for tea, but tea is now actually my favorite tea and I feel great every day drinking. In winter, I drink steep, and it's hot. In summer it is hot I pour a glass of ice and add a packet of Splenda for a sweet iceTea!

Adds a drink these little things, tea and going really seemed to calm down. Everyone knows that if you have small children, may be the high maintenance costs and require a lot of attention. My husband was happy, I was distracted by the program to walk in support of children, so I hid for a walk. I still walk almost every day (almost 2 years later) and kept not only from my 13 pounds, but lost another 6! My life is much lessstressful. Are in good shape, I take the wheel and the seat pockets, I'm happier. I owe it all to a program of walks and delicious tea!
