Two Questions Yoga Teachers do not want to answer

Like everyone else, get yoga teachers to listen to a lot of questions, but some questions are often enough to develop a standard response. Some teachers do not want to answer them all. In this case, read on and you can develop your answer in the box.

1. If you teach yoga on a daily basis, you want to be involved in the "rapid weight loss," fashion advertising? Sometimes you can be the best way for prospective students for the professional profile first. This saves valuable time for youand a potential customer.

Q: I want to lose weight with yoga. I am ready to change a life. When we come together and discuss my goal of losing 40 pounds right away?

A: Yoga helps people to change their lifestyle, but it is a "slim quick" scam. Rapid weight loss is often just as quickly gained when a customer returns to his permanent lifestyle.

Although yoga students often do with the weight of the body, it is not going to happen so quickly. The loss of aPounds a week is realistic and the weight is likely to remain outside, but the show is over, to a yoga class once or twice a week.
